5 AI Tools That Save Me 15 Hours a Week As a Founder From Big Tech

For more than a decade, I worked in Big Tech. To be honest, I loved it.

I built programs and launched interfunctional initiatives in places like Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Figma. I had incredible teammates, an incredible boss and a total composition of $ 300,000 per year. I learned best and rapid growth.

Then something in me changed and I left.

About a year and a half after leaving my job and starting my own business, I am now a founder constantly improving my systems using AI tools, which allows me to spread without exhausting.

Even while I thrive in my day work, I experienced on the side

While I am still in Figma, I started to publish content on LinkedIn, to coach job seekers who wanted to fulfill program manager roles and to build a community around career growth. This lateral agitation began to take off.

I realized that I did not want to just help technological companies to develop. I wanted to help people grow up in them.

At the beginning of 2024, I left my full -time role at Figma to create my own business. I did not choose professional exhaustion or bitterness, but because I saw a different path – the one where I could design my own schedule, create a work that seemed significant and an impact on a scale in a way that was aligned with my values.

Today, I manage a company of several six -digit figures helping professionals to disembark technological roles thanks to a live cohort program, content creation and brand partnerships. I cultivated my audience at more than 300,000 platforms without a full-time team.

AI tools have become my team of choices behind the scenes. Here’s how I used them to recover hours, grow faster and stay focused on what really matters.

1. Fathom: My meeting assistant

Time saved: ~ 3 hours / week

As a coach and founder, I am constantly on Zoom – whether it be sales calls, group coaching sessions or networking 1: 1. I used to review the recordings or spend hours summarizing the notes and writing follow -up.

Now I use Breaststroke. He records my meetings, withdraw the key moments and automatically generates the action elements. I don’t even need to leave Zoom – he connects with HubSpot and synchronizes the recording and the summary with each contact.

I save three to four hours a week, and customers and partners complete how precise it is.

2. Concept: My operating system

Time saved: ~ 3 hours / week

Before going to entrepreneurship, my organization was everywhere. I used Google Docs for ideas, calculation sheets for planning and Asana for monitoring tasks.

Now everything goes through the concept. This is where I organize the comments of the students, I build an income dashboard in real time, I map the launches and I manage my calendar. I even tempized my whole business inside.

I love the function of AI. He helps me to summarize the disorderly notes, write programs and surface the exact information I need without searching in 10 tabs.

3. Fyxer: the reason why I am the zero reception box

Saved time: ~ 5 hours / week

E-mail used to empty me. I would spend an hour writing five thoughtful follow -ups, only to late the next day.

NOW, Fyxer grazes 80% of my answers. He learns from the way I write and manage things like student emails, awareness of brand partnership and thank you. I am just personalized and based on the shipment. It is an invisible tool that makes a big difference.

4. Chatgpt (personalized GPT): Curriculum vitae -made large -scale feedback

Time time: ~ 1 hour per student (5-10 students / week)

One of the most rewarding parts of my business is to help students rewrite their curriculum vitae. However, it is also one of the longest.

I built a personalized GPT which takes the current curriculum vitae of a student and the description of the work they target and rewrite it using the famous formula of Google: “accomplished x by doing Y, resulting in Z.” It highlights their impact, align with the role and uses linguistic hiring managers focused on results, in particular in strategic programs management roles.

He does not replace coaching, but he serves the process considerably. Students are always acquiring a personalized experience, but I don’t need to change every line myself.

5. Content creation prompts: My creative brain

Saved time: ~ 4 hours / week

People often ask how I regularly publish on all platforms. The truth is that I don’t go from scratch.

I use different chatgpt prompts depending on the format.

  • For LiendinI could say: “Transform this student to gain a story into three parts with a clear recovery point.”
  • For newsletters, I will ask: “Widen this idea in a personal test that looks like me.”
  • For video scripts, I go with: “Make this punchy story, with a hook and a clear CTA.”

The change in tone and rhythm depending on the platform, and AI helps me to map this quickly. It’s like having a creative assistant who understands my voice while recognizing best writing practices. I taught her my voice by providing personalized instructions, nourishing past messages and refining outings until she looks like me.

Instead of getting stuck on what to say, I can focus on the way I want people to feel.

One day, I looked up and I saw that I had made me quietly 10 to 15 hours per week

It’s a full and a half day that I could now spend on strategy, deep work, coaching or rest. I did not always work, which is a new standard for me. I was building something that seemed to be both sustainable and scalable.

If you are in Big Tech to do a significant job, but you start to ask yourself if something else could feel more aligned, know that you don’t have to exhaust yourself to build something big. All the experience you have acquired so far will not be wasted. It will become the foundation of something that is aligned, intentional and yours.

You don’t need a large team to evolve. You need good tools, a clear direction and the desire to introduce yourself, fail and improve 1% each time.

AI did not make me less human. It made me more concentrated, present and available for the work I like.
