If, like me, you like to keep your Android phone screen, except for some really useful applications, you are probably very picky on the applications that you are happy to download on your device.
Maybe you have examined our list of the best mobile games and you have chosen one, or the Google list of the best Android applications and decided to download a few below, but not at the moment. The real estate of the home screen is precious, and not all applications deserve.
But I chose seven who most certainly do it. I have been using Android phones for years, and I slowly cultivated a list of really practical applications that help me get my daily life.
No, this will not be another generic list that includes a weather application, a streaming service, a game, a photo editor, etc. You probably already knew that you needed these applications and downloaded them as soon as you configured your Android phone.
Instead, seven applications you probably didn’t even know that you needed in your life until you saw them below. Let’s go.
1. Justwatch
I recommended Justwatch to people of countless times, and now this list is developing.
In the convoluted world of streaming services, Justwatch makes things simple. If you type the name of a movie or a television program you want to watch, he will tell you where he is streaming (if anywhere). Whether on Netflix, Prime, one of the best free streaming services or digital rental stores – you call it, Justwatch will know.
This application is better used for people who, unlike the average user of the streaming service, know exactly what they want to look at. More jumps between streaming platforms trying to find this film John Wayne or this old Korean epic that you watched at school.
Justwatch is better twinned with applications for streaming services themselves, because you can jump directly from Justwatch to see the film or show that you are looking for.
2. Skyscanner
An application that I want me not to use as much as I is SKYSCANNER.
Skyscanner is a global flight application that helps you find cheap flights. You put where you travel to and since and when, and you will find the cheapest flights through various airlines. It also contains hotels and information on car rental.
This is something I used to travel charges before, but the danger comes when you use it lazily. There is a function of flexible dates, so you can see when it is the cheapest to go to a chosen destination. There is a flight destination option everywhere, which indicates the most affordable destinations on the dates of your choice. And there is also a price section, to tell you when some flights become more affordable.
Skyscanner’s functions are all very useful for vacation launchers, but it can instill a very strong Wanderlust if you use it to have fun, plan a vacation, you never go and dream on travel in places with exotic consonance. However, it’s fun to dream!
3. Paprika
Paprika may seem excellent application for bakers or aspirant or dedicated chefs, but it is also good for people like me, who cannot write a good list of races to save their life.
Basically, Paprika is a recipe manager application. Its full title is, in fact, Paprika’s recipe manager. This means that you can bring together recipes on the web to see in one place.
But there is much more than that. You can maintain a list of ingredients you have at home and create grocery lists depending on the ingredients you need for your recipes. You can plan when you eat every meal. And when you cook, there are functions such as measuring conversion, timer, S and automatic displacement that facilitate the process.
If you find yourself even occasionally in front of the oven, on the stove or leaning around a breathtaking board, the paprika is an excellent application to use.
4. Coverers
Culfers are a really simple complex application in its ramifications. In simple terms, it is an application that randomly generates a palette of five -colored colors that goes well together. You can choose certain colors to use and lock them, so the application creates a beach around them.
I started using coolers to choose color diagrams for photography and videography, but I quickly got my use for another purpose. When I pick an outfit and I have an element of clothes I want to wear, I will lock the color of this article in the application, and let the coolers write a palette of colors around.
This helps me choose an outfit that has a certain degree of coordinated color style – something that I am not necessarily a buffer hand normally. You can also use the application to create a diagram based on a photo you have taken, which is super useful.
The coolers could also help you decorate your home, improve certain illustrations or better understand the color palette of a film you watch. Honestly, there are many!
5. Too beautiful to go there
Too beautiful to go: an application that was a pillar on my phone to allow me to taste the most pleasant things in life, despite not being able to afford them.
This application allows restaurants, bars, convenience stores and other similar establishments list their food or unsold drinks at the end of the day for sale at reduced prices. As a general rule, this is done via food bags of random assorted items, although it depends considerably on where you buy food.
By buying too good bags to go, you can taste quality restaurant meals without the price, and the randomness of all this also brings a little fun. You can also filter by vegetarian or vegan options to avoid meat (although sometimes I ordered bags in stores that do not understand very well that “vegetarian” means “no meat”).
I used too much good to buy bags of vegetables soon expired that I transformed into curry, burritos of stores near their end time, bags of fancy cafes donuts and remaining sandwiches of cafes. But my favorite remains bakeries, which can sometimes give you a lot of fresh bread and cakes. And remember, all of this is much cheaper than if you had bought something in these stores yourself, even if the food has only a few hours.
6. Turn the wheel
What started as a joke download for me quickly became a lifestyle, and I convinced that at least one friend to download, turns the rear wheel of me using. Maybe this will change with the publication of this article.
Turn the wheel is simple. You add a list of entries, press “spin” and the wheel will select at random, with the whole flair of a wheel which revolves around colorful segments before landing on an option with a little.
I use this application all the time. For cinema, if we cannot be satisfied with what to look at, we will add a few options and let fate decide. I used it on several bar oars to add a certain random to who buys each round (in fact, I used it in all kinds of drinking games). One or twice, I even used it to decide what to take for breakfast.
Spin The Wheel adds a little pleasure to the minor decisions of life, and for undecided people, I can imagine that it is really useful.
7.
I finish this list with a financial application that more and more people around me have started to use to share payments. Splitwise is an application that mainly eradicated “I will get” or “this is my round” when you are in a restaurant, a bar or a coffee.
The way it works is that whenever you make a payment that you want to separate with someone, you add it to a shared profile that you have with this person. Splitwise will add all payments to determine who owes who, and by how much you save all mathematics inducing headaches.
I used Splitwise when I travel with a friend to save individual reimbursements for each inn, dinner or gas series; With my partner, we know who bought more dinners or drinks; With my roommate for obvious reasons. It is a really useful way to save time instead of constantly calculating the split yourself.
