In September 2024, I took the time to talk about some of the Android games that I found myself playing the most at the time. In one way or another, 9 months later, what I play has almost completely changed since the last lap, and now there are many more games to play on the Play store. Even if it is difficult to navigate to new games to come there.

Ak-xolotl
It is a game for which I would not recommend using a touch screen. Ak-xolotl is a twin shooter Roguelike “cute and mortal”. And of course, going through the name, you will be an axolotl powered by AK all the time. Although it is $ 20 on Steam, the Android port of the game arrives at $ 9.49 much smaller. With the support of the controller, it’s up to you to descend into the dungeons, explode your enemies and collect materials. For me, it was an incredibly addictive game, and now that it is on Android, I had a lot more opportunities to play in the game. It is the one I recommend, especially if you are a fan of the Gungeon series (who also arrives at the Play Store).
Wreck of the test
As always, I have to get a racing game on the list, and this time it will be given Wreck of the test. I am used to racing games where I can slam opponents to try to overcome them, but it is a little different. SCASHING and CLACK are the name of the game, and to destroy your opponents is the goal.
A Derby Derby Style Running Game is something you may not know. However, as a fan of Dirt Showdown, Wreckfest was a next really fun and solid step. Physics is doing well enough for my taste, and the feeling only becomes more interesting as your car is destroyed and loses almost all the panels of its body. For the price of $ 9.99, you get another solid game. I’m just happy to see more racing games hit the Play store. I just hope Google is not by random their compatibility.
Yuck
Are you a fan of Katamari games? Do you have $ 4.99 that you could spend on a really cute game with a nice short story of holes? GOOD, Yuck could be the one for you. It is not the longest game, but Donut County is a funny little game in which you move a hole around your environment to swallow objects and enlarge. The most beautiful is that Donut County is delivered with a nice story next to it and a raccoon that speaks to start. If you are looking for a fun and quieter game to associate with the intensity of something like Wreckfest, this is the one I would recommend.
Spirits
On the other hand, if you like Stardew Valley but want to have more water, Spirits is another choice for you, and it’s on the Google Play Store via Netflix Games. The goal of Spiritfarer is to build your boat so that you can comfortably carry the spirits to their lives after death. Although it is not an endless game, you are invited to take your time when you make your quests in the game.
The story of Spiritfarer is quite emotional, the more you get, the more you really connect with your passengers. Don’t get too attached. Since the game only needs a Netflix account to play on your devices, I can always just recommend trying to it if you have time and the need to fish.
Pang adventures
The last but not the least is a game of $ 3 that will be in place, you are a alley if you were someone who grew up playing Pang or Bust Brothers. And it is mainly because it is supposed to be a continuation or a remake of the originals. In Pang AdventureYou are just a little guy with a harpoon and a goal. Destroy every last ball.
It seems quite simple until you realize only once you break the big balloons, they also turn into balloons smaller and more difficult to strike. Pang Adventures is not the most difficult game in the world, but it can be difficult if you don’t take your time with it to make sure you don’t run in a small ball for the fifth time. Overall, it’s great to see more and more PC games being carried on Android. From the grid to Gungeon to SwingThe number of choices on the market becomes more and more widespread. The most unhappy part to choose to buy your games on the Google Play Store is concerns about radiation and possible incompatibility with older games if they stop pushing updates for them. I mean, I have terraria, but half of the devices I have will not let me download it.
The Play Store is an evolving market with a lot of options to play. Although I only talked about this subject once, there are many options that could meet your specific game needs.
