Apple has published two updates as 18.6.1 for iPhone as well as Watchos 11.6.1 for Apple Watch, and the combination of the two System software updates returns the monitoring of blood oxygen to Apple Watch. Previously, Apple had to eliminate the monitoring of the blood oxygen from the 9.10s of Apple Watch and the latest Ultra 2 models, due to a current legal dispute with another technological enterprise.
No other functionality or security correction is included in these versions, but if you are an Apple Watch Series 9 owner, or Ultra 2 (or buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer, buyer Apple Watch 10 is $ 100 on Amazon) This is certainly a series of updates that you want to obtain so that you can recover the blood oxygen function on your device.

Always save the iPhone in iCloud before starting an update of the system software.
