The GEMINI application largely deploys a pair of large improvements in quality of life on Android with research and direct copy.
It started to deploy in June on Android for beta users, but now finds a wide availability in the stable chain. The cat icon in the upper left corner is replaced by a hamburger menu. This opens a navigation drawer with a field “search for cats”. Taping opens your keyboard with a list of 15 “recent” conversations.
The rest of the navigation drawer offers a shortcut “new cat” with “temporary cat” appearing quickly to the right of this.
You get your two most recent “gems” and a link to “Explorer”, while “recent” history completes things. Pinned conversations appear first, while you get a continuous scrolling list.

Previously, you could not directly copy part of Gemini’s response without first entering a “selected” interface.
Google has now added the possibility of highlighting and copying gemini answers directly as you would on a web page. Standard options like “select all” are available, while the previous one “select [plain] The interface of the text ”remains in the three -point overflow menu.
