  • Pixel 10, 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL now offer personal weather information via Magic Cue.
  • The functionality provides weather forecasts and advice according to events in your Google account.
  • It is only available in two countries for the moment and is limited to events within 10 days.

The Pixel 10 series includes Magic Cue, a type of personal assistant who draws information from other applications. Thanks to Magic Cuue, the Pixel 10, 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL now have a new feature linked to the weather which makes weather reports even more personal, but unfortunately, not for everyone.

The three new Pixel flagship products now support personal weather information in the Pixel weather application. This information provides details on tailor -made bad weather and preparation advice according to events and plans recorded in your Google account. For example, if you have planned a trip, the Pixel Weather application can show you forecasts and advice for the place you visit.

For personal weather information, you will have to activate Magic picked from your Pixel 10, 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL parameters. Once Magic Cue is activated, you will have to follow the steps below to receive personal weather information:

  • Open the Pixel weather app.
  • On the current location page, press display all the locations saved.
  • Select a suggested location (depending on your next events).
  • Press save to add it to your recorded locations.
  • As part of the “AI weather report”, you can now see new personal weather information.

Google notes This personal weather information only appears for the events that occur in the next 10 days. Travel plans or events of more than 10 days in the future will not arise in suggested places.

Another limitation of functionality is that personal weather information is currently only available for users in the United States and Japan, and only in English. Google does not even mention the availability of the functionality for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, even if it technically supports Magic Cue.
