Apple deploys the fifth public beta of iOS 26, iPados 26 and MacOS Tahoe – Appleosophy

Apple began to deploy the fifth public beta of iOS 26, iPados 26 and MacOS Tahoe. These updates occur a week after the release of Public Beta 4. It seems that Apple started to deploy public beta on the same day as the developer’s betas because they were also published a few hours ago. The final public versions will be started next month.

All new software versions include a new design implemented in the system called “Liquid Glass”. Everything, icons at the system user interface, will now adapt to the surrounding elements with the translucent material. According to Apple, “the new material, Liquid Glass, is translucent and behaves like glass in the real world.

You can expect the changes in the developer Beta 8 to reflect in the public beta 5.

Users recorded as a public beta tester on www.beta.apple.com Can opt to receive beta updates by going to parameters> General> Software update> Beta updates and selecting the public beta version. Note that these versions are not stable and are intended for test purposes.
