How to create a personalized lock screen in iOS 26

You have just received a new iPhone 17, or plan to get an imminent. Or, maybe you have installed iOS 26 on your old iPhone. Anyway, you need one of these new impressive custom locking screens to match the liquid, pronto glass atmosphere.

The good news is that iOS 26 has easy ways to use to create a personalized lock screen with all the images, fonts and widgets you love. Here’s how it works.

Option 1: Define a wallpaper in the settings

There are several simple ways to configure a new wallpaper and customize your locking screen on iOS 26. The easiest method is to enter your phone settings
