Your Galaxy S24 One UI 8 update with Android 16 is here

After the release of One UI 8 and Android 16 in the Galaxy S25 series in the United States, Samsung pushes the same major update in the Galaxy S24 series.

Samsung initially suggested that we will not see other devices get this User interface update 8 before October, but they hastily deploy them. The Galaxy S24, the Galaxy S24 + and the Galaxy S24 Ultra all see the update in the United States, at least via Verizon. And at least one of our readers has already seized the new software before you can let you know.

Research constructions are as follows: S921usqu4cyi9 (S24), S926usqu4cyi9 (S24 +) and S928usqu4cyi9 (S24 Ultra). The Galaxy S24 Fe does not yet see the update.

What’s new in One UI 8 on the Galaxy S24? Your best summary will be the official Changelog that appears on your device when you update. We captured the beta version of this changelog here From the Galaxy S25 – this should also give you a good overview of what is new. In the list of Verizon changes, they suggest new toys in the gallery, wallpapers, locking screen and Galaxy AI stuff. Again, hit this link above to find out more.

To check the updates, go to the settings> System updates> Check the system updates. If the update is there, you can press “Download now” and follow the instructions on the screen to install it.
