This equates to around 10% of the world’s Android smartphone population. This milestone highlights Truecaller’s continued momentum in mobile user growth, adoption across markets and strengthening its role in securing everyday phone communications.
As of October 9, Truecaller’s Android user base surpassed 450 million monthly active users, which equates to growth of approximately 50 million users on Android since the end of 2024. The company continues to experience robust growth in both key markets like India, the Middle East and Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, as well as increasing growth in Europe and the United States.
Truecaller’s key success factor is the ability to identify incoming calls, block bad calls and protect its community from fraud and other nuisances. In addition to this, Truecaller’s growth has also evolved beyond caller ID, investing heavily in recent years in AI, fraud protection and verified business identity solutions, strengthening its position and value proposition for users and businesses.
