Apple has updated GarageBand for iOS 26. The updated version includes the new app icon previously spotted on Apple’s website.
Apple does not highlight any feature changes in the latest GarageBand release notes.
Instead, the update “simply includes stability improvements and bug fixes,” although the app is now more at home on an iOS 26 app grid.
GarageBand for iPhone and iPad is available for free on the App Store. We’ll update our coverage if more Apple apps are updated as well.
