Conor McGregor calls Bitcoin ‘Immutable people’s money’ and asks questions about the cryptographic government responsibility


The former UFC champion, Conor McGregor, weighs on cryptocurrencies and their role in the responsibility of the government, qualifying Bitcoin as “immutable” money for the people.

On May 12, the future Irish presidential candidate self-proclaimed and a mixed martial artist asked X users on Bitcoin (BTC) and other cryptocurrencies. In its recent article, Conor McGregor considered the advantages of cryptocurrency as well as the great potential posed by Bitcoin.

“Bitcoin or cryptocurrency? Can I see many transparent applications and without confidence in the crypto. And I can see the money of an unchanging people with Bitcoin,” said McGregor in his job.

In the end, the UFC star asked the users of X which cryptocurrencies who, according to them, could be used to bring responsibility for the government. His question has aroused answers from some of the main figures in the crypto industry, including the founder of Cardano (ADA) Charles Hoskinson and the co-founder of Bitcoin Treasury solution Orqestra Stephen Cole.

“Let’s see,” Hoskinson told McGregor in a comment under his Bitcoin post.

Meanwhile, Cole alleged that Bitcoin was the best choice among all other types of cryptocurrencies. He considered Bitcoin as “the only sufficiently decentralized socially to resist pressures”, compared to the other spaces of space.

“Cryptocurrencies are much more like companies than raw materials. Even if they claim to be “decentralized”, there is generally a small group of influential people who become rich if you buy and who can change the rules of the offer if they try strong enough, “said Cole in his comment.

Conor McGregor as Pro-Crypto president?
