No one likes to pay something more than once, but subscriptions have become a boring but necessary part of life. Some are difficult to justify, but others add value to my life. Whether they provide consumable content, weather information or critical navigation data, these are the subscriptions that I don’t mind paying:
How many subscription services and applications are you currently paying?

Flightradar24

I used this real -time flight tracking application for years before moving on to a gold subscription. The free version is sufficient if you only need basic information on flight locations. However, I wanted even more.
The Gold subscription offers additional features for Avgeeks. It allows me to sign more flights, access to the airport and flight stories up to a year, and includes weather layers in detailed real time. The latter is so precise that this service is coupled with an autonomous weather application.
Although its annual price is expensive and I considered the demotion of money, I find it invaluable to verify the weather conditions before and during flights, especially during the South African storm.
Meteorological widget weather

I have congratulated the meteorological widget weather for years and I always think it is the best weather application on Android. The free version brought to advertising is excellent for general use but does not have the personalization and selection of the sources I want.
To summarize my configuration, I use three distinct instances of the Meteograms widget, covering the next 12 hours, four days in advance and an additional week. This configuration provides full weather prospects for a region that often knows the four seasons in one day. No other application can offer me the same extent of information or control.
I decided to pay the pro version and the Platinum subscription, which costs a little more than a miche of bread per year. It’s worth every penny and more.
Northern

Each Internet user needs a VPN, and after a lot of consideration, I chose NordVPN. North was the simplest and most reliable option I tried, which is also crucial for my partner.
I use it on several devices, approaching the limit of 10 devices. This justifies more than justifying its annual costs. Although this is one of the most expensive subscriptions for which I pay, it gives me peace of mind.
F1TV

As a Formula 1 fan, I cannot imagine not having access to the support races, the Grands Prix and past events. F1TV is the dedicated sport streaming service, offering access to all of the above on several devices.
The service has three levels and I opt for the environment, pro option. It offers access to all timings and telemetry, cameras on board, support series races and past content. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it to have enjoyed the sport that I like for more than two decades.
A more expensive option allows 4K streaming and several simultaneous flows on a single device, but this little tip is limited to Apple products for the moment.
Netflix

As certified sofa potatoes, my partner and I subscribe to several streaming platforms. It subscribes to Disney + and the Local Showmax service, while I subscribe to Netflix. Yes, it would be wise to run the subscriptions according to our interests and our versions each month, but we switch between several emissions too often for this to be practical.
Even if I think it’s too expensive for what it offers, the 4K level allows us to enjoy all the pixels and the space audio on my modest LG TV when available. In particular, I also got a lot of games on the Play store thanks to Netflix!
Spotify
Ryan Haines / Android Authority
Spotify is my favorite musical streaming service because its recommendations are more reliable than any other service. This also helps to be able to access my favorite music from several devices and to switch to transparently with each other. It is essential, especially for PlayStation and Android Auto users.
We are a house of two, so Spotify Duo works perfectly. It is much cheaper than paying two separate subscriptions, especially since we each have specific tastes.
Google a google

I started paying for Google almost a decade to save important photos and documents. I use the 200 GB plan, but I will soon need more storage or an alternative. My partner also uses storage as part of my family group, so switching services will be difficult.
A self-centered solution is in planning stages, but decision inertia is real. I know that for the price of a One subscription, I could save for a large hard drive, but the convenience of a is always convincing.
Osmand

Finally, the last addition to my subscription list is OSMAND MAPS + Annual. Why pay an open source application? I can only access the application via Android Auto via this level, which has become essential for traveling on the road through the rear roads of my region.
Like several other subscriptions on this list, the value of Osmand prevails far on the modest annual costs.
I detailed the subscription services that I pay with pleasure monthly and annually. Now you. What do you spend your money on? Inform the community in the comments.
