Google has a laugh – again – at Apple expenses.
While Apple unveiled iOS 26 at its annual conference of world developers, the Internet quickly stressed that many of its “new” features seemed familiar. Google did not miss this opportunity.
In its course #BestphonesForever Series – An original campaign featuring podcast style cats between a pixel and an iPhone – Google has dropped a new video to gently roast Apple to borrow pixel features for years.
In the announcement, the two phones have a friendly catch -up, Pixel playing in a fun way the “crazy coincidence” that IOS 26 of Apple now supports features such as the translation of automobile messages, assistance to the maintenance and projection of calls.
The Pixel, with barely hidden fun, reminds the iPhone that these tools existed on its devices for four, five or even seven years.
The video ends with a fun remark, while the iPhone is inquired about Pixel’s plans for Pixel 10 – just in case, of course, inspiration strikes once again for the iPhone 17.

This is not the first interaction between Pixel and iPhone; In fact, it is part of a series of long -term campaigns by Google known as #BestphonesForever.
Launched over a year ago, the series intelligently personifies the pixel and the iPhone as two friends engaging in relaxed and humorous conversations on the landscape of the smartphone.

This type of exchange is not unknown. Brands have historically used playful blows to attract the attention of consumers, and this strategy extends beyond the technological industry.
Remember how the Pepsi half-time show campaign has become an open invitation to brands to capitalize on excitement. Whether smartphones or soft drinks, the message is undoubtedly: brands appreciate an intelligent roast, especially when it improves their visibility.
