Apple has evaluated the second public beta of its next iOS 18.6 and iPados 18.6 for tests today. Public beta one day comes after Apple stroked the developers the second beta developer of the two updates to come from the operating system.
Public beta testers can download updates by going to the Settings application, then tapping on “General“->”Software update»On iPhone and iPad devices after opting in the beta version via the Apple beta test website.
IOS 18.6 and iPados 18.6 are relatively minor updates and only minor modifications have been discovered. Although software updates focus mainly on bug corrections and safety improvements behind the scenes, the iOS 18.6 update will make additional changes to the European Union App Store.
As usual, MacTrast and Apple both warn users not to install beta or release candidates on their daily pilot, iPad, iPad or Mac. Instead, only install beta on a device reserved for test purposes.
We are approaching the end of regular updates for iOS 18 and iPados 18, because Apple is also beta testing iOS 26 and iPados 26, which will probably be published in September. The public beta of iOS 26 and iPados 26 will be published this month.
