Apple has already announced that when it would deploy new generation operating systems to its various devices this fall, it will improve the AirPods that you already have, as well as give them some new features.
The stars included a “camera control” feature that will allow your airpods to act as a remote trigger for the iPhone, as well as an “automatic sleep” function which will automatically put your music in pause when your airpods detect that you fall asleep.
But, as is tradition, those who have had early access to the new software – in particular, the beta developer of iOS 26 – have revealed some interesting things that Apple has not yet talked.
One of them is a practical feature that promises to help you never forget to load your airpods. This is called load notifications for AirPods.
Airpods Charge of notifications
As indicated by 9TO5MACWhen iOS 26 is officially released, it will introduce charge notifications for your airpod. It’s cool in two ways.
- First, when the load housing of your AirPods is on a low battery, you will get an iPhone alert indicating that it is “time to load it”.
