Abeil camera – A free iOS application for monitoring cameras and VFX powered by AI

Bee announced Bee camerawhich allows you to transform an iPhone into a mini virtual production studio with real -time monitoring and VFX fueled by AI.

Users can transform their iPhone into a mini virtual production studio with real -time monitoring and a VFX powered by AI. The recordings are then downloaded directly from the Beeble web platform, where they can be treated instantly.

Beeble’s basic web platform works on its own AI model, Switchlight 2.0which allows users to generate normal, specular, Albédo and PBR passes, giving total control over the lighting even when the shooting is wrapped. The release of Beeble Camera aims to make these capacities more accessible to all, including independent filmmakers and content creators who wish to engage in VFX but have a limited budget.

Propelled by Lidar and Arkit, Beeble’s camera follows the position and depth of the device in real time during filming, anchoring images to a real space. The recordings are then downloaded directly from the bee web platform, where they can be instantly treated in traced, rotoscopied and reactive VFX passes.

With a bee camera, creators can:

  • Pull with iPhone – Capture images with camera tracking in real time.
  • Instantly process – Generate roto and VFX passes fed by AI in Beeble’s web.
  • Composite in a transparent way – Continue Beeble’s studio projects or export to Blender.
