Adobe officially published the new Photoshop mobile application for Android users after walking it in February. The mobile version of Photoshop offers many free features during the initial beta period.
Adobe has been working on this overhaul for some time. With the introduction of the Firefly engine for a generative AI, the Creative suite distributed a functionality after functionality.
With the new Photoshop application For Android, users can have access to many new Adobe tools in a mobile format that is often overlooked in the creative space. All application features will be free during the initial beta period. Adobe lists some of these key functions in its press release:
- Mix and mix images using Core Photoshop tools such as selections, layers and masks
- Remove or quickly replace the parts of an image with the intuitive tap selection tool
- Brush the distractions in a few seconds using tools like the healing brush Spot
- Use AI generating features supplied by fire such as generative filling to add or transform elements into effort into
visual conceptions- Improve creative work with an increasing library of free adobe action assets
- Make specific selections with the Select and Magic Wand object
- Refine the images with advanced tools such as deletion and clone stamp
- Layers and control effects with advanced mixing modes and adjustment layers
The new application will be filled with tutorials for many of these new features. This includes some of the generative AI functions that Firefly makes possible.
It is not known how long the beta period will last and how much a subscription could cost after this period ended. THE Photoshop application (beta) is available for devices running Android 11 and later.
