Based on information on a survey of 1,500 senior executives in 14 countries, the report examines adoption trends, the economic impact, the dynamics of confidence and the organizational changes required to effectively evolve the AI of the Agency.

The main conclusions of the report include:

  • An opportunity of $ 450 billion: By 2028, AI agents could generate up to 450 billion dollars of economic value by income growth and cost savings on the interviewed markets.
  • Adoption is accelerating – but maturity remains weak: 2% of organizations deployed large -scale AI agents, 12% on a partial scale, while 23% launched drivers and 61% explored deployment. 15% of business processes should reach a complete semi-or autonomy in the next 12 months. However, less than one in five organizations reports high maturity with regard to the data and technology infrastructure necessary to implement agency AI.
  • Confidence in fully autonomous AI agents is decreasingGoing from 43% to 27% in one year. Ethical concerns, lack of transparency and limited understanding of agency capacities are key obstacles.
  • Human-Ai collaboration is the future: By 2028, 38% of organizations will have AI agents as team members within human teams. Mixed teams – where humans and AI agents collaborate – will become the standard, stimulating productivity and innovation.
