Nowsweek announced the winners of its inaugural IA Impact Awards, recognizing 38 companies in 13 different categories.
While artificial intelligence is becoming more and more popular among everyday Americans, AI presented its demand as the most transforming technology of the century. From health care to finance, from retail trade to education, AI is revolutionizing almost all industries and sector. To celebrate progress in various fields, Nowsweek Recognizes companies that use new capacities to resolve practical challenges.
“The AI reshapes our world, and the organizations that receive this award are at the forefront of this transformation”, Jennifer H. Cunningham, editor-in-chief of chief of chief Nowsweeksaid in a press release. “We are proud to highlight companies whose technologies and practices push the limits of what AI can achieve – responsible and efficiently.”
About one in six American workers says that at least part of their work is currently done with AI and another in four say that even if they do not use AI now, at least part of their work can be done with AI, according to An October survey carried out by Pew Research Center.
This year, IA impact prices have been divided by specific sectors. Nowsweek has awarded five practitioners in the health care category and four in education. Three practitioners were recognized in each of the following categories: the arts and the media; brand and retail; science and engineering; finance; marketing; and workplace. The categories of customer service and sustainability each had two recognized companies, and the categories of mobility and sport each had a winner.
Under Brand and Retail, Perfect Corp. was recognized for its skin analysis tool, which has earned them the 2025 price for the best results, the customer experience.
Wayne Liu, the director of growth of Perfect Corp., said Nowsweek The victory of this award was a particularly notable step for the company.
“All the awards are not equal. This is very different, and that also gives us all this feeling of excitement,” said Liu, adding, “our technology, our effort has been seen.”

To judge this year’s entrances, Nowsweek has selected an inter-industry panel of 56 expert judges working with AI technology in their respective fields. In addition to category winners, these judges also selected each remedy as the best in the class. Each remedy, a non -profit organization aimed at identifying new uses for drugs approved by the FDA, has received an additional prize, in the best results, materials and chemistry category.
There were also five recipients in the best in the most innovative AI technology services category. Among these winners, there is an ex-human, a digital platform that allows users to create customizable AI humans with whom to interact. This year, the former human received the extraordinary impact in Human Interactivity or Collaboration.
Artem Rochev, the founder and CEO of the former human, said Nowsweek that victory “validates our vision that the emotional depth is important”.
“The construction of AI does not concern functional things, but how technology can make people feel better,” said Rodichev. “Winning this award helps us to strengthen confidence, to attract new partners and in general, to recognize that the emotional side of innovation is important.”
IA 2025 impact prizes were invited to assist NowsweekFuture Summit on the impact of AI.
The three -day summit, which takes place in Sonoma, California, from June 23 to 25, brings together a diverse group of leaders. Technological innovators, C-Suite executives, decision-makers and ethicians will all join Nowsweek In a series of stimulating conversations on how organizations can most effectively adopt AI.
