Google largely deploys the latest Android Auto update, with the 14.3 version now available via the Play Store.
Android Auto 14.3 was launched in beta in April and began its stable deployment in early May. For a few days, the update has been generally available for all users thanks to the last update of the Play store.
What’s new in Android Auto 14.3?
As is often the case with updates to the Android Auto application, there is nothing to talk about the user here. Google uses these version updates mainly to solve bugs and application problems that do not always affect all users. Updates also offer the possibility of preparing the track for new Android Auto features.
In this particular version, Google apparently delivered some of the remaining work to bring together climate controls for Android Auto. It is not yet live, but the interface is ready and waits behind the scenes from this last update. Working on a light theme for Android Auto has also apparently progressed with this update, but once again, It’s not yet live As we have noticed, some have suggested it is the case.
The next new feature of the Android Auto folder is gemini support in place of Google Assistant. The transition has been officially announced this week and the deployment is expected to start in the coming months.
