Apple publishes iOS 26.0.1 Update of the implementation of the major Wi-Fi bug and more

A few weeks ago, there was a rumor Apple was going to go out iOS 26.0.1 to clean some of the bugs affecting the iPhone units that updated to iOS 26. Today. Apple released iOS 26.0.1 and most iPhone users with an iPhone 11 and later should be updated. You will not receive it if you have already installed iOS 26.1 Beta, as I did for my iPhone 15 pro max. It is because iOS 26.1 Beta 1 comes after iOS 26.0.1 Chronologically and once a software version is installed, you cannot install a lower number.

What devices do updates?

To install iOS 26.0.1 on a compatible iPhone, go to Parameters > General > Software update. You will receive an prompt with instructions that you should follow. THE iOS 26.0.1 and iPados 26.0.1 Updates and security updates that accompany them are available for the following devices:
