In the past, there have been a lot of conversations about real real world applications for AI, some rejecting it as a gadget. I recently had the opportunity to put this to the test with my new Galaxy S25 Ultra And I am delighted (and relieved, as you will see) to inform you that, rather than being a collection of impressive but ultimately frivolous features, the Galaxy Ai¹ really offers a feature that can be huge help, without obliging the user to have expertise or prior experience.
My friend Kev recently called me to let me know that he was getting married, which is obviously wonderful. However, it was going to be completely rapid reversal and the first on the agenda was a small, but imminent, a deer made with some of his closest friends and me. Could it Galaxy S25 Ultra Help me – Someone who is not exactly subject to good planning – avoid being his worst man?
Transparent actions on applications: your own AI PA
First of all, we had to come together for a compulsory pre-stag planning pint, and it was suggested that a board game coffee could be the perfect place. Kev lives in Bath, a city that I do not know but fortunately, with seamless actions on applications. Galaxy S25 UltraPlanning a meeting was as simple as asking the phone on the phone:
“Find me a board game coffee in Bath which is open today and send a text to Kev to tell him to meet me there at 6 pm.” And with that, I found myself in the brilliant thirsts Meeples, discussing our plans for Barcelona (the hometown of his future wife) on a game of Sagrada.
Call the transcription: from AP to secretary
We agreed to have a monitoring cat on the phone the next evening, but perhaps that because of the exceptional selection of Gins of coffee (or, more honestly, my inability to make adults), I don’t remember. Of course, I should have said the Diaser Galaxy S25 for me and it would have been more than happy, but hey, technology can not be as good as the user!
Fortunately, it turns out that – even when I make mistakes – the Samsung S25 I have my back. I was in the middle of an online game session when he called and, while I was doing my best to give him all my attention, I did not do it, because … games. However, it was not a problem, because with Transcript Assist³, you can instantly record and convert your call into text. More than that, he can even summarize the transcription call for you, giving you a short list of chips of the information and key actions that you have accepted, but did not listen.
Everyone needs their own researcher
I may not be the best man of all time, but the Galaxy S25 has certainly improved my chances of appearing. One of the actions was to pass it on to a list of potential activities to do in Barcelona, but time is tight and these battle pass items will not be unlocked. So I jumped on YouTube and I went to a channel that I found really well organized in the past, Hungry Passport. The Galaxy S25 then watched it for me and summarized it in Notes⁴, which I could then modify before sending to Kev. Being able to distill the key points of a YouTube video is a huge time saving and certainly something that I will use a lot on a daily basis in the future.
Interpreter mode: get the most out of local knowledge
When we were in Barcelona, Kev wanted to go out a bit from the beaten track and go to the type of local jewel hidden from a restaurant that you may not find in a quick search on the internet. But how should we even walk to who to ask where we could find these hidden jewels that Kev had deposited in his mind? GOOD. Many people know the features of typical translation applications, but the interpreter mode is growls things with improvements in quality of life. It allows a shared screen translation in real time, turning the display so that each speaker can display the text in its own language. This avoids manipulation of German phones and supports the natural face to face conversation. Thus, me and our Spanish friend can easily communicate quickly, because half of my screen was oriented towards each of us – no need to sneak while passing and via the phone, etc. This practical feature meant that we could befriend the local bartender – a man who looked like good evening, here we come! Small things, but a real quality of life innovations that make the process more fluid and natural.
Interpreter 2: Never travel without a
Until now, all of this could have given you the impression that I had telephone in (excuse the word game) the deer organization tasks, but for my defense, it was the very last minute. And, anyway, I had an ace in my sleeve. One of Kev’s favorite game developers has a studio in Barcelona and, through a friend of a friend, I had managed to take a guided tour. What I had not appreciated, however, was the language barrier, because the programmer that my friend had kindly obtained for this unique experience spoke a minimal English. However, the listening method of the Galaxy AI interpreter provides real -time vocal translation via galaxy buds (or headphones), so Kev was able to burst my headphones and have a lively treaded translation directly in his brain.
With this characteristic, the programmer was able to speak with a level of depth and details which would have been impossible if we had tried to communicate in the languages of the other at a basic level, and if considerably increased the quantity of kev capable of glean of this opportunity. Of course, with the same tools we used with the local server, he was able to talk to the end with the many burning questions he had quickly.
Real improvements in the quality of life that you can benefit from – effortlessly
It’s funny to read this as, stripped of context or taken in isolation, one of these things may seem trivial, but it is really not. Galaxy AI legitimately provides intuitive assistance in many areas that have considerably improved Kev’s experience before and during the trip, and have created good memories that we will have for life.
