The investigation focuses on the attempted kidnapping of the girl and grandson of the CEO of Crypto Exchange Paymium, Pierre Noizat, which occurred on May 13, according to the report.
The probe also examined other unsuccessful abduction attempts, including an earlier attempt at Norizat family members, as well as an abduction attempt near the western city of Nantes that the authorities thwarted.
