A problem with Google Maps lately has left users without the possibility of seeing alternative routes on the mobile application and automotive platforms such as Auto Auto.
In the past two weeks, some Google Maps users have noticed that the application no longer displayed other routes by leading to a location. Usually, the cards show routes which are a few more rapid or slower minutes compared to your current route by highlighting another to come that you can take.
Lately, these suggestions have not appeared.
Users through Google Forums And Reddit to have has been Run in the problem on the Google Maps application for mobile devices, as well as the Android Auto experience. We can also confirm that Google Maps suddenly ceased to show alternative routes on our Pixel 9 Pro Fold connected via Android Auto.
The cause of this is not clear, but it is most likely a software problem in recent application updates, or something on the Google side. We could not confirm whether the same problem affects Google Maps for Carplay. On Carplay, however, some users have encountered problems With Google Maps being late.
