After simplifying three elements in the lower bar earlier this year, Google Photos is deploying a new “Create” tab.
As announced last month, Google Photos wishes to provide a location to access various “creation tools”. Appearing between collections and research / research, Create has a brush icon.
Currently, Google uses the first location to highlight the photo on video. The Your Tools lists:

With this addition, the “plus” menu in the upper right corner (next to the notification bell and the profile account) remains available. This “new” list is mainly to make a new album and the printed store, while there are shortcuts for sharing and import partners from other sources.
