The renderings that look directly from Google have just arisen, teasing the basic pixel 10 before its revelation of August 20 and giving us an overview of color options and some camera adjustments.
Android titles seems to have got hold of the official Pixel 10 renderings, referring to four fresh color options: Obsidian, Frost, Indigo and Limoncello.
Obsidian is back in usual black, but Pixel 10 mixes things with three new colors. Limoncello leans in the yellow-green combo that we have seen in previous leaks; The indigo takes after the blue bay and darkened it, and the gel landed somewhere between light blue and a soft purple shade.
Abandon cold tones
The last leak suggests that Google takes a more daring turn with its design. While the previous models, such as Pixel 9, have looked into subtle tones, the next Android phone range seems much more lively and saturated. The technology giant is clearly not far from the color this time, perhaps aimed at giving the Pixel 10 a more confident look that attracts attention as soon as it is out.
An interesting point to remember from the leakage of Pixels 10 is that porcelain (the white shadow or the white nuance of Google) could be the ax. It was a basic food through pixel outings, but its absence this time, perhaps in favor of cooler tones like frost, points to Google leaning in a more colorful direction with its design choices.
It was discussed earlier that Google could attach certain pixel 10 colors to specific storage options. The basic model would have respected 128 GB, while the Pixel 10 Pro could start at 256 GB or more. If this is true, colors like Limoncello can only appear on certain configurations. This means that your choice of storage could also decide to decide your color.
Telephoto for the basic model?
The rendering also corroborates recent rumors that Google may have reworked the configuration of the Pixel 10 camera. The glass bar of the camera bar is now wider, making room for a third lens: a telephoto lens, which appears surprisingly on the standard Pixel 10 this time.
But there is a compromise: the addition of the telephoto lens could occur at the cost of smaller sensors elsewhere. The reports suggest that the main rear camera could go from 50 Mp to 48 MP, and the ultrairs could be reduced by 48 MP to only 12MP.
