I use Samsung Voice Recorder to avoid the premium plan for this application

I cannot be alone to wish to have held a newspaper over the years. I would love to think about what I was doing during some days 20 years ago and how I treated all of this. Apart from a few photos of photos and my memory more and more peaked, the recordings of my various travel adventures were mainly lost. And it was the exciting moments – the days of the hyman between the two were almost entirely condemned to the mists of time.

I do not fight not to hold a newspaper because I know that I would not have stayed with it. Having to sit and write or tap for 15 minutes in the evening would have fallen by the way enough. But the recent progress of AI has made me rethink this. Now late, I journalist every day. It takes about two minutes before going to bed every night to do it via Samsung Voice Recorder, and I even realized that I could use it to avoid the premium plan on one of the best journalization applications.

After upgrading the Samsung Galaxy S24 plus last year, I started playing with the new Galaxy AI features. AI transcription into the Samsung vocal recorder I inspired me to use it for journalization. I am aware that some Android phones have live transcription features for some time, but I was particularly impressed by speed and easily Vocal Recorder can both transcribe the vocal notes afterwards and use the AI to store them.

This made me 90% of the path to the plane of a quick brain discharge each evening, but I was also wary of leaving the transcribed notes disseminated in an unaded manner. You can organize them in categories both in Vocal and Samsung Notes, but what I really wanted was an organized newspaper configuration in which I simply dictate an entry, and it label them and stores them in an easy -to -reference way later. The simplest option was to use a journalization application with an AI transcription.

The first application Adapt to the invoice almost perfectly. It is a popular Polite Journalization application on iOS and Android that allows you to record text, photos and audio entries, and it can synchronize on the devices. The only problem was that, although the application has a free level to record the entries, you must pay the premium plan if you want to use the transcription function. This left me two imperfect solutions that I could combine to meet my needs.

Now every night I do the following.

1. Open the voice recorder and hit SaveThen talk about my day for a minute or two.
2. Stop the recording and save it, then press it and press it Transcribe. A recording of this length takes about ten seconds to be treated.
3. Press and hold the text and select Copy everything.
4. Three taps to get out of the voice recorder, open the first application and press on New entry.
5. Paste the text and I have finished.

The entire process takes two to three minutes. Admittedly, Galaxy AI transcriptions are not always perfect because I am generally tired by the phone. This is not a problem for me because I do not plan to publish my memories. I just want enough to do memory guy, and that’s more than enough for this purpose.

For the record, I am not against the payment of premium plans on applications if they offer a real advantage – Duolingo is an example of an application that certainly made me well financially. The first day is excellent application, and I urge all those who can benefit from the premium level to register if this corresponds to your budget.

In my case, I just use the application at least while obtaining the premium level functionality I need for free on my device. Almost all the many premium advantages would not be used if I registered. At more than $ 40 per year, I find that expenses are difficult to justify. But I will let you judge my actions in the survey below.

This configuration may not work for everyone, but that changes the game for me. I finally found a low effort to keep track of my days, and it made me strangely excited to watch them one day. If AI wants to take control of our lives anyway, it could also help us remember the good old days when it was only a novelty.
