IOS 26 Insigne code on sleeping pill functionality for Apple Watch

If you use a third -party sleep tracker with your Apple Watch, you probably know the concept of a sleep score: an index that combines signals such as variation in heart rate and sleep steps, to tell you how effective your sleep has been.

And while Apple Watch has gained native sleep with Watchos 7, it missed this type of score. Not for a long time, as can be revealed.

A third -party favorite can come to the Apple Watch

As spotted by MacrumorsThe IOS 26 health application has an unused illustration called “Watch Focus Score”, which presents an Apple watch alongside several sleep -related symbols, such as a awakening, a bed and the classic “Zzz” sleep.

In the illustration, the Apple Watch displays three colored segments that form a ring, with colors that correspond to the existing sleep stages. In the center, the number 84 perhaps represents the sleep score, which generally varies from 0 to 100.

Apple has not announced or refer to functionality, so for the moment, it is not clear if it will be a first part sleeping system, or simply reflect the data from third -party applications.

That said, Apple has evolved into wider health characteristics based on the index, such as ovulation estimates in the cycle tracking application, and the vital application (view above), which combines heart rate, respiratory frequency, temperature and sleep data in one view.
