Since Apple has deployed iOS 18.5, an increasing number of iPhone users have reported problems with access to their reception box while the email application is stuck on an empty white screen.
Several comments on Reddit and the Apple support community Describe the inability to view emails in their reception boxes because the application is glitchy or insensitive.
The underlying cause remains clear, but the problems do not seem to be linked to a specific iPhone model, suggesting that it could be a problem related to the software linked to iOS 18.5 or to the messaging application itself. Interestingly, the reports of this email application number only arose in recent days, while iOS 18.5 was posted last month.
IOS 18.5 added some notable features such as screen time notifications and a new wallpaper on the theme of pride, but its updates for the Apple Mail application could cause problems. With iOS 18.5, Apple brought back the view from the “All Mail” reception box and added the option to hide the contact photos of the mail application to make your reception box less entertaining.
Possible corrective for messaging problems
Apple has not officially recognized the problem and the company’s status page of the company does not indicate any problem with the messaging application. But although there is not yet an official correction, some users have declared that the restart of their iPhones solved the problem, but only temporarily. Others were lucky with the strength of strength or deactivating the automatic keyboard correction to make it work again.
Another user affected with an iPhone IOS 18.5 IPHE was informed by Apple Assistance to try to reset the telephone network settings, which seemed to do the trick, PC Mag reports.
To do this on your iPhone, head to Parameters > General > Transfer or reset (device) > Reset > Reset network settings.
Until Apple recognizes the problem and provides a fix, affected users must Contact Apple support for help in the interval.
