Tl; DR
- The dimensions and weights for the four Google Pixel 10 models were revealed in a new leak.
- Pas footprints are similar, but all models are heavier than their Pixel 9 counterparts.
- The devices should be released on August 20.
Although the various and mainly mute colors of the Pixel 10 series have already surfaced, we were still waiting for the dimensions of the next Google devices. A new leak has now revealed the official measures for the four models, and although they resemble their predecessors, each of them has increased a little.
Android titles Published the measures of the Pixel 10, 10 pro, 10 pro XL and 10 pro fold, showing light changes at all levels. This is not a huge change, but it may be enough to take off the compatibility of the boxes if you improve the Pixel 9 range.
Dimensions and weight of the Pixel 10 series
- Pixel 10: 152.8 x 72.0 x 8.6 mm, 204g
- Pixel 10 Pro: 152.8 x 72.0 x 8.6 mm, 207g
- Pixel 10 Pro XL: 162.8 x 76.6 x 8.5 mm, 232g
- Pixel 10 Pro Fold: (unfolded) 155.2 x 150.4 x 5.2 mm; (folded) 155.2 x 76.3 x 10.8 mm, 258g
What changed compared to the Pixel 9 series?
The Pixel 10 and the Pixel 10 Pro keep the same height and the same width as their counterparts Pixel 9, but the two are now 0.1 mm thicker and about 6–8g heavier. The Pixel 10 Pro XL has not changed its size, but it gains 11 g of weight compared to the model of last year, which represents a leap of about 5%.
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold becomes a little thicker folded and unfolded. It also shrinks slightly but adds 1 g overall, now weighing 258 g. It might not seem much, but it breaks the moving trend that we saw with the foldable last year.
Google has not yet confirmed it all, but these dimensions should not surprise. We do not expect significant changes in the internal construction of the Pixel 10, so there would be no need to radically resize the devices. A thicker and heavier Pixel 10 Pro fold reflects what we plan to be a slightly larger battery.
The Pixel 10 series should be launched during the Augo 20 August event, so we will soon be able to put the handsets to the test.
