The second beta version of iPados 26 and iOS 26 has been launched, allowing users to test the new features that should be deployed in September. The first public beta version was published 2 weeks ago.
Beta testers, if saved on the Apple website, can access iPados 26 and iOS 26 by going to the settings, by selecting general and choosing the section for the software update, then selecting iPados or iOS 26 options for public beta.
IPADOs and iOS 26 updates present new features from Apple Intelligence such as command monitoring and visual intelligence when you take screenshots. A visual aesthetic called liquid glass design emphasizes transparency, where certain icons refract light and reflect them, as with the use of animations. Apple Music now offers an Automix function similar to DJS, and there is a whole new interface for Carplay and an overview feature is on the iPhone.
