The old location icon returns to quick parameters

In addition to a multitude of bug corrections, Android 16 QPR1 BETA 3.1 provides a modification to the tile of quick location parameters.

In Android 16 (and the previous versions of the operating system), the quick parameters used a PIN icon for the location tile. This is also what appears in the status bar when the location services are used. Inspiration is clearly the Google Maps icon.

The Betas QPR1 tried an icon of the cursor arrow for the QS tile, but did not change the spindle that appeared in the status bar.
