Jets-Vikings in UK opener; Jags back to back overseas


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Some of the NFL’s potential new stars — and one of its oldest — will be in attendance during the league’s five international games in 2024.

Six top 11 picks from the latest draft and veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers highlight a schedule that begins Week 1 in Sao Paulo and concludes Week 10 in Munich.

Three games will be played in London this season, starting with Rodgers and the New York Jets taking on the Minnesota Vikings and rookie quarterback JJ McCarthy (No. 11 pick) on October 6 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Rodgers was 17-11-1 against the Vikings while with the Green Bay Packers. These will be the 12th and 13th international matches for the Jaguars, who have played more international matches than any other franchise.
