Real Madrid 2-1 Bayern Munich (agg. 4-3): Joselu scores twice to take Real to Champions League final

Joselu scored twice after coming on in the 81st minute

Real Madrid secured an incredible semi-final victory as two late goals beat Bayern Munich and set up a Champions League final with Borussia Dortmund.

Bayern looked headed for the final when Alphonso Davies stepped up and headed past Andriy Lunin after England captain Harry Kane found him with a superb pass.

But Joselu equalized in the 88th minute by reacting quickest after Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, who had been excellent until then, missed Vinicius Jr’s shot.

There was more drama two minutes later when Joselu, a former Stoke City striker, scored from six yards from a square pass from Antonio Rudiger.

The goal was initially ruled offside only following a decision by the video assistant referee showing Joselu was onside, sparking incredible celebration scenes at the Bernabeu as Real held on to win 4-3 on aggregate .

Real, 14 times European champions, will face Dortmund on Saturday June 1 at Wembley.

More soon.
